ABOUT MICHAELA RIZER FITNESS
Elevate your fitness journey with that first step
From only cardio, basketball conditioning & HIIT workouts - to taking up space in the free weight area for most of my workouts. It all started when I saw a woman knocking out pull ups in the free weight area. I was working at my local YMCA as a coach at the time and didn't know much about strength training. After my shift ended that day, I decided to check out the free weight area and never looked back.
My mission is to help women claim their place confidently in the gym space. Every single one of us belongs there. And we are better in every aspect of our lives when we invest in ourselves first.
At Michaela Rizer Fitness, I am dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness and strength goals, no matter where you are. My priority is to empower you to take that first step towards the long game. The lifestyle change - rather than a "quick fix".
I tell every one of my in-person clients that my goal is to have them not need me in the future. With time and discipline, I want every woman to walk into the gym space & their workouts confident and prepared.
